The Socket Mobile Capture Software Development Kit (SDK) enables developers to easily add support for all Socket Mobile data collection devices to their applications. Apple iOS developers can also embed support for SoftScan software, for scanning barcodes with the built-in camera of a smartphone or tablet. Both scanning technologies can be used simultaneously.

CaptureSDK is compatible with

1. Apple iOS 9 or later
2. Android OS 6 or later
3. Windows 7/8/10
